Whether you’re creating an engagement ring, pendant, grillz, statement ring, or a completely one-of-one piece, every KB&CO custom project begins here.

Your $300 deposit officially starts the custom design and CAD process and is applied toward the final cost of your completed jewelry.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase Your $300 CAD Deposit
This officially opens your custom project and allows our team to begin designing your piece.

2. Tell Us Your Vision
We’ll work from your reference photos, inspiration, dimensions, stone preferences, metal choice, budget, and other specifications to develop your design.

3. Receive Your CAD
Your initial CAD rendering will generally be provided within a few business days after we have the information needed to begin.

4. Make It Perfect
Review your CAD and request reasonable minor adjustments if needed. We’ll work with you to get the design where it needs to be before final approval.

5. Approve & Complete Payment
Once your first CAD is delivered, your 30-day project window begins. Your design must be approved and the remaining balance paid in full within those 30 calendar days.

6. We Bring It to Life
After approval and final payment, your piece moves into production.

YOUR $300 GOES TOWARD YOUR JEWELRY

The original $300 deposit is credited toward the final purchase price of your custom piece.

For example:

Custom Piece: $5,000
CAD Deposit: $300
Remaining Balance: $4,700

This is not an additional $300 added to the price of your jewelry when your project is completed within the applicable timeframe.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

The initial $300 Custom Design & CAD Deposit is non-refundable immediately upon purchase.

Once your first CAD rendering is delivered, you have 30 calendar days to complete revisions, approve your design, and pay the remaining balance in full.

If the remaining balance is not paid within 30 days, the active project expires. To reopen and continue an expired project, an additional $300 non-refundable CAD/reactivation fee is required.

The additional reactivation fee does not reduce the remaining balance of the jewelry unless KB&CO expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Pricing, stone availability, precious-metal pricing, and material availability may change if a project expires.

CUSTOM MEANS CUSTOM

Every KB&CO custom piece is created specifically for you. Once a design is approved, paid for, and placed into production, custom jewelry is final sale subject to applicable law.

By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the KB&CO Custom Jewelry & CAD Agreement, Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, and applicable store policies.
